In case you have made a reservation for a stay in our hotel, directly or via our website https://www.hotel-parc-chantilly.com/

or via the Best Western® Hotels & Resorts channels (websites , mobile, applications or booking centers), and / or that you encounter a problem following this reservation or during your stay, you have the possibility to submit a complaint to:

  • Best Western® Hotels and Resorts France Customer Service (for stays in France):

from Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 18:30 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 .m. to 17:30 p.m.

If there is no satisfactory response to your complaint, within 60 days of the written notification, you can, if you wish, use a conventional mediation procedure by mail to the Mediator of Cooperative and Associated Trade – FCA (organization approved by the European Commission) – 77, rue de Lourmel – 75015 Paris, or via the website www.mcca-mediation.fr on which you can find the Charter of the Mediation of Cooperative and Associated Trade and the form of claim accessible from the following link http://www.mcca-mediation.fr/recours-au-mediateur-de-la-consumption.
